All users deserve a great experience. Interfaces must be easy to use and understand. Technology must be transparent. This is why I became a user experience designer /information architect. My knowledge and expertise help me make these aspirations a reality.websites must be easy to navigate and digest. apps have to do something; not just look pretty. I demand a better designed experience and anything short of producing this at the highest levels is unacceptable.
